Providing a better service to the Freight and Road Haulage Industry

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for the provision of a Technical Consultancy project, in support of their Customer Service Strategy and the Customer Service Strategic Plan, which sets out our key customer service improvement themes in the coming years, as we move in to the second Road Investment Strategy period, with customer service being the second imperative. This commission will focus on one of fifteen improvement themes, all of which are driven by customer insight and describe our customer ambition for each.
