To deliver the following:\r • High-level industrial intensification masterplan and vision to provide a development framework for the Strategic Industrial Land around Lea Bridge Station\r • Produce a high-level industrial public realm and landscape strategy and costing\r • Attendance at meetings with internal LBWF officers and relevant landowners and stakeholders in the area to input with specialist advice in pre-app discussions in the area\r The work will inform the evidence base for LP2: Site Allocations and the wider Lea Bridge Area Additional information: n/a
