Construction of specialist and supported housing £2,000,000\.01-£4,500,000 • Lot 1C\. Construction of specialist and supported housing £4,500,000\.01\+ • Lot 2A\. Construction of general needs' housing £500,000-£2,000,000 • Lot 2B\. Construction of general needs' housing £2,000,000\.01-£4,500,000 • Lot 2C\. Construction of general needs' housing £4,500,000\.01\+ The framework will run for 4 years with a maximum of 3 contractors per lot\. All documents are available on The Chest\.
