Work description
Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitable providers (including small and medium sized enterprises, voluntary and community sector and similar organisations) to provide Specialist Domiciliary Care via an Individual Service Fund for people with Learning Disabilities from the age of sixteen through life.
