Tenders are to be invited for a Consultant required to establish a route to Zero Carbon Emissions on behalf of Three Rivers District Council The Initial study will be to provide a route to Zero for the Council's own operations. This is to be delivered in 5 phases Currently, baseline data has been collated for Scope 1,2, and 3 emissions and will be made available at tender stage. This is an Expression of Interest notice with the Council shortlisting interested parties to submit a quote/tender. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. This advert is to conduct an Expression of Interest stage to source interested parties.
