Improvements to 2 Play Parks and a BMX Track

Sunderland Council have a requirement for refurbishment works on 2 play parks and a BMX track in the City of Sunderland.

There works are across 3 separate Lots, and bidders may submit bids for 1, 2 or all 3 lots. Bids will be evaluated and contracts awarded separately for each lot and the lot structure is as follows

Lot 1: Contract for the Upgrade of the Surface of the BMX Track at Hetton Lyons Country Park. Lot 2: Contract for Improvements to Old Durham Road Play Park. Lot 3: Contract for Improvements to Rectory Park Play Park
