## Description

The key aims of the Rapid Engineering Modelling Ver 2 \( to SGAR3/5\) is to deliver greater and more efficient project level designs through: - Highways England taking greater control of standardised modular design development - Combined Driven/Drone based Surveying to create an accurate Digital Terrain Map Based asset platform - Rules Based Approach to Design Development derived from the principles demonstrated through the Ops Concept works - Reduction in the level of bespoke design resulting in increased costs due to varied design solutions in construction - Increased safety through greater level of consistency of working practises, methods and procedures\.
