The Services are based on "EA - DEFRA solution pricing" dated 10th September and as emailed by the Supplier on 10th October 2015 solution pricing document contained four options. This was based on a GCloud exercise including, clarification questions and answers, and so is as per the terms and conditions of the GCloud Framework between the Supplier and Crown Commercial Services. A successful trial of The Service has been undertaken prior to this Agreement commencing. The order of document precedent is as set out in that Framework, and for those purposes the "Service Delivery Document" should be read as being an 'appendix' to this Call Off form. The Customer has selected Option2 from "EA - DEFRA solution pricing" - full Identity Management (IDM) without Multi Factor Authentication (MFA). This option covers the full IDM product, which would include product support for the Quick Connect service. This option also includes the additional external connectors (SQL/CSV etc.). This also includes the full web based admin and user access portal, joiners/leavers and complex workflows along with user self-service. Core have not included MFA (Dell or Microsoft) or the MyApps portal from Microsoft or Dell. (Pricing from this document is included below.) Additional information: Please note that Defra procurement uses e-tendering, provided by Bravosolutions. In order to access the Bravo system you will need to be registered.
