Derivative and Financial Instrument Benchmarking Adviser Offshore Tendering

Description

The Adviser shall provide expert advice on the hedging process up to and at Financial Close (FC) on Tender Round 5 and Tender Round 6. This shall include negotiation with hedge provider(s), pricing, and benchmarking of the relevant hedge structures or provide reviews on structuring, including selection of the underlying GILT or interest rate, and support at FC to facilitate pricing of any public bonds that are being put in place, and will liaise directly with Ofgem on any issues identified.
