Work description
The Council has appointed Montagu Evans via the Crown Commercial Services Framework to act as its commercial advisors in relation to negotiations with Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) regarding the potential surrender of the Lower Precinct shopping centre and Coventry Market from RLAM to CCC (Option A) or just the partial surrender of Coventry Market (Option B).
