New Burial Ground Storage Building, Roadway and Parking Area Construction

Horncastle Town Council has obtained full planning permission for change of use of agricultural land to form a burial site. Quotes are being sought for the following elements of the new cemetery: 1) Woodland driveway and internal parking area (To create these areas) 2) Cemetery store and toilet building (To construct) 3) Main entrance car park (To resurface existing car park) Further details are contained in the tender document. Horncastle Town Council will consider tenders for individual elements if you do not wish to quote for all the work required. More than one contractor may be selected for the work. Site address: Land adjacent to Horncastle Community Woodland, Scrivelsby Road, Horncastle, Lincolnshire, LN9 6HX The deadline for tenders is 2pm on Monday 25th March. Tenders are to be posted in a sealed envelope with 'Burial Land Tender' notated on the envelope, to Horncastle Town Council, The Stanhope Hall, Boston Road, Horncastle, Lincolnshire, LN9 6NF Additional information: The Town Council will carry out due diligence on tender firms and before entering into any contract will ask for H&S documentation, insurance and any other documents required by our team.
