Identity & Language Surveys in Blackburn with Darwen

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council require the delivery of two surveys of residents in the Borough. These surveys are: (1) A survey focused on identity and social trust among a representative sample of 1,000 adult residents, and (2) A survey focused on English language skills among a sample of 400 residents who do not speak English as a main language. These surveys are part of the Our Community, Our Future social integration programme.
