## Description

Refurbishment and alterations to the former Estates Office in the Life Sciences Block to form a Professional Hub\. The work involves the strip-out of existing ceiling, walls and partitions\. Re-fitting of the area will then involve new ceilings, new lighting, new power installation, new floor coverings, new welfare facility and upgrade of existing toilets\.
