## Description

This Tender is for the design, build and construction of a community building at Park Gerry, Camborne, to serve as a function room, changing room and toilets\. The building will support a number of community initiatives currently underway for the site\. The Council took possession of Roskear Playing Fields \(now known as Park Gerry in 2017 and have been working towards a new facility through public consultation events since 2019\.
