The call-off contract shall commence 15th day of January 2018 and the Expiry Date will be 13 th day of April 2018 with an option to extend for a further period of up to three (3) months. The total contract value shall be £84,294 exc. Vat of which £42,147 is estimated for the extension period. Any extension option exercised would be subject to further financial approval.
