This is the 3 year agreement with Microsoft via our partner through the KCS Y23065 framework \(direct award\)\. This agreement provides the core suite of products from Microsoft that allows the organisation to operate\. This is broken down in to two key areas, our staff \(users\) and then the technology working in the back office to delivery services to users\.
