Cleaning of Public Toilets and Visitor Centre, locking/unlocking garden

Saffron Walden Town Council is seeking companies or individuals who wish to express an interest in providing fixed price quotations for the cleaning of:

Hill Street Toilets Bridge End Garden Visitor Centre and Toilets ad hoc cleaning of the Town Hall And the Locking and unlocking of its Hill Street Gardens (next to Hill Street toilets).

Should a contractor wish to quote for all of the above services please provide separate quotes for individual elements and then a separate quote which may reflect economies of scale should one contractor be awarded all the contracts. Quotes should be returned to the specified contact marked "HST2 Quotes".
