Dementia Clinical Review & Prescribing

Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT) are looking to procure a service for the provision of Dementia Clinical Review & Prescribing for 3 Years period, to support and work in partnership with their Mental Health Service Teams. The Trust requires a qualified prescriber with some Mental Health background who is able to provide clinical reviews and prescribing services to the memory and dementia teams in South Staffordshire. The provider will be focussing on the routine and ad hoc reviews on patients for both pharmacological, physical and mental health wellbeing.
