## Description

Carrying out a strategic review of growth options in Shepway, to inform a Partial Review of the Core Strategy Local Plan; and to demonstrate full compliance with SEA legislation and case law\. The review to be undertaken in two phases would underpin the submission to the Planning Inspectorate of a sound plan\. The High Level Landscape Appraisal is required to inform opportunities and constraints for growth alongside other key evidence based documents\.
