## Description

The Council is looking to provide a Youth Activity Park, located at the Eastern Gateway development in Barnsley town centre\. The project comprises of the creation of an activity park on a large area, approximately 12,500 m2 / 3 acres\. The current plan includes a large, combined BMX and skate bowl, pump track, a parkour area and jump section\. The park will include provision for benches, covered / shaded areas and will involve boundary treatments particularly around adjacent properties\.
