Revenues resilience processing: Offsite processing of Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rates (Business Rates) Please refer to "Revenues Resilience - Project Details document" uploaded within the attachment section. The planned contract start date is 1 June 2021. The contract term is two years (24 months) with an option to extend for further 12 months. Providers are requested to respond by uploading their answers to the quality questions, as separate documents, and by providing price per each milestone (for the initial term of 2 years of the contract).
