Cambridge City Council - Kingsway Flats - Enclosures for Video and Fob entry system

At Kingsway Flats, Carlton Way, Cambridge, CB4 2EN, the four ground level entrances to the upper floors are to be enclosed, with two enclosures to existing stair access only and two enclosures with existing lift and stair access. 93 flats will be accessed via these enclosures. (A video entry system is to be fitted to the two enclosures with lift and stair access and all four enclosures will have fob access. The installation of the entry systems is by another contractor.) Letter boxes are to be installed on the ground level for the upper floor flats. Services required are for planning application submission, building control, detailed design as well as building the enclosures. Estimated contract value £60,000.
