GB-Kettering: Replacement and Repair of Flooring

NOTE: This notice was updated on 06 December 2021 for the following reason: Extension to deadline of 1 day(Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking for competent, qualified providers to carry out replacement and repairs of hospital flooring. We have a number of areas that urgently require new flooring. Tasks include but are not limited to the following:

1.Remove all damaged flooring and screed and dispose of off site 2.Repair floor sub-base if required 3.Prepare floor and lay new screed/levelling compound 4.Lay flooring 5.Fit cap & cove skirting (sheet vinyl only) 6.Clean newly fitted flooring and leave area clean and tidy and fit for use (Ensure there is no glue residue left on the floor covering).)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
