Nature: Repairs to roof terrace of flat 14 and redecoration of flat 12 including but not exclusive of the following: - 1. Redecoration and repairs to bedroom and living room of flat 12 2. Repair to roof covering, upstands and decking of flat 14 3. Associated repairs to terrace and internal areas of flat 14
