PSF 2 Lot 1 - Barrow Library

Award Notice re further competition through Professional Services Framework re a suitably qualified Framework Partner to work with the Council, to convert an existing Council building providing a library and archives services in Barrow. This will allow the building to be used more intensively by a far greater range of services for both the County Council and the wider Community.
