## Description

Building on previous engagement to support Synergy readiness at Defra, ongoing support will be provided to Group Corporate Services, including the Strategy, Partnerships and Operations directorate, as well as functions including but not limited to Finance, HR, Commercial, Estates, Communications and DDTS\. Areas of support may include: Synergy Transformation Management, Shared Services Change Governance, Functional Transformation, Group Corporate Services Strategic Vision and Roadmap\.
