## Description

1\. Procuring hardware maintenance \(break fix\) support for on premise network hardware including LAN devices and on Premise servers 2\. Maintenance and support \(the break/fix service\) of on-site hardware e\.g\. fix or replace hardware where applicable - e\.g\. the council holds some surplus devices in storage\. Where applicable, suppliers will be able to swap out failed devices with existing devices held in storage
