Wiltshire Local Plan Review - Assessment of Local Plan viability and review of Wiltshire Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule

Wiltshire Council wishes to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced consultant team to undertake an assessment of the cumulative impact on development viability (including specific assessment of proposed site allocations) of the policies in the emerging Wiltshire Local Plan Review (hereafter referred to as "the draft Local Plan"). Alongside assessing the viability of the draft Local Plan, the council is seeking to determine whether it should review the adopted Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule.
