Telephone system and mobile telephones

A desk based telephone system for 9 users integrated with up to 20 mobile telephones with broadband connections into four locations. The system will be VOIP or Hosted providing an integrated communications system for Council employees. There are also 3 alarm lines and 1 fax line.
