To provide support to older residents of Vietnamese and Chinese origin which will meet cultural needs, promote independence and enable them to stay in their homes for as long as possible by providing: • Information, Advice and signposting / referrals on topics including benefits and money management (language support) • Access to health service (appointment-making, language support) • Practical End of Life and bereavement support • Volunteering and befriending (addressing social isolation and loneliness)
