## Description

This specification encompasses a kennelling service for a maximum period of 7 days \\r The service provider will be required to provide suitable kennel facilities and will be responsible for the health and welfare of all dogs that are in their care\. This facility must meet with the approval of Sefton Council and comply with all legislation and guidance\. It will be the duty of the service provider to obtain the necessary permissions and/or licence from the Local Authority in which the facility is situated\.
