## Description

The Council is seeking to commission a single Provider who is independent of the Council, with services initially commissioned for approx\. 9 months and to work with circa 50 cases in the first instance where a Re X application is being progressed and which potentially need support\. This figure may increase and the Provider will need to include plans and costings to meet this potential demand\.
