INVITATION TO FURTHER COMPETITION (ITFC) VIA AGMA ELECTIONS FOR ELECTIONS AND REGISTRATION PRINTING SERVICES FRAMEWORK GUIDANCE DOCUMENT CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF PRINTING AND GRAPHIC SERVICES FOR CHESHIRE EAST BOROUGH COUNCIL - ELECTORAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT 1st December 2016 - 30th November 2018 With 2 x 1 year option to extend The Cheshire East Electoral Services Team is based at Macclesfield Town Hall and require a managed solution to design, print and envelope all stationery in relation to: a. Individual Electoral Registration (IER) day to day processes - including the printing and enveloping of Household Enquiry Forms (HEFs), Invitations to Register (ITRs), and any other forms required for IER as required by the Council, such as Household Notification Letters (HNLs). b. Annual Canvass and other work connected to IER - including the design and printing of HEFs, ITRs, and all reminders as required. c. All Elections and Referendums - including poll cards, ballot books, tendered ballot books, complete postal vote ballot packs. Additional information: Competition via AGMA Framework
