Provision of Ad-Hoc Project Management Services to Support Estate and Facilities Projects

Description

The University of Southampton is awarding a call-off contract utilising the NHS Shared Business Services Framework - Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services (HPCCAS) (Ref: SBS10191) Lot 2 - Project Management, for the following services: - Project Manager who will support with managing all building issues and projects for a portfolio of existing University of Southampton buildings. - Project Management support to deliver the remaining stages of the new app-enabled ANPR scheme for parking. - Senior Project Manager and Project Manager for Faculty Projects, including managing new construction projects, non-routine maintenance defects and statutory compliance issues.
