Provision of Amazon Business contract

Description

Access to Amazon Business for miscellaneous spend under YPO Framework 1142. The maximum value of the contract for the purposes of this notice is the maximum estimated value of the charges payable to Amazon under the contract when it was awarded. However, the contract provided that the services were to be provided by Amazon without charge unless the parties mutually agreed that any charges would be made.
