## Description

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets seeks an operator to run the Boat Hire service in Victoria Park\(VP\) western lake\. Victoria Park is one of London's most important historic parks and has provided a fantastic open space for generations of east enders to enjoy\. The large lake on the western side of the park houses three islands and includes the Chinese Pagoda\. The island is spanned by two bridges, the Penne Thorne, and the Rustic Bridge\. At the western end of the lake is a water cascade\. This will be a 10-year concession contract that will grant the appointed provider licence to operate a boat hire service in VP\. The contract will commence April 2023\.
