Work description
NHS Health Checks is one of the five mandated public health functions in the Health and Social Care Act 2012 whilst the Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) Prevention Programme targets population groups with unrecognised risk factors for CVD that are not being identified through the Health Check programme.
