- Waste management Strategy - develop the Waste Management Strategy o Manage development of the Waste Management Strategy (WMS). Review facilities and operation to determine performance, plan maintenance and apply performance management to drive compliance with current legislative and operational requirements. o Manage WMS compliance and act as project sponsor for all waste management improvement projects as identified by SWIFT, HAZOP and risk assessment as appropriate - Incinerator capital project assurance o Ensure that the new incinerator project is delivered in line with project and end user requirements o Assure that the new incinerator project complies with all current legislative requirements, environmental policy and planning regulations - Environmental Management o Oversee the environmental performance of the Weybridge site o Lead the implementation of environmental policies and practices
