Community Architect Team for Benhill Estate (London Borough of Sutton)

Description

The London Borough of Sutton is exploring ambitious plans for the regeneration of seven of its housing estates in and around Sutton town centre. The programme presents one of the most significant development opportunities in the borough and will play an important role in improving housing standards, enabling housing growth and transforming Sutton town centre. To facilitate delivery of this programme, the Council is seeking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced Estate Regeneration Community Architect Team with a proven track record of delivering similar services to act as lead designer and consultant, to focus on the Benhill Estate. London Borough of Sutton is conducting the procurement using the National Framework Partnership Lot 2 Architectural Services. Under the terms of the Framework, the firms who responded to the Expression of Interest issued earlier this year, are invited to submit detailed bids under the mini competition process.
