Description

Thirteen Housing Group is undertaking refurbishment to properties in Greatham & Carlton, and Whinney Banks & North Ormesby. Thirteen seeks to appoint up to TWO contractors (one per lot) to support and supplement the Thirteen In-House team in activities including boiler replacement and full heating replacements. • Lot 1 - Greatham & Carlton (GC01) • Lot 2 - Whinney Banks & North Ormesby (WB03) The Contracts will be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body PLEASE NOTE: This is an award notice following a Further Competition under a Framework Agreement and this contract has been let.
