## Description

West Sussex County Council \(WSCC\) require a supplier who can provide hardware and software support to count pedestrian traffic\. The Service required is described in detail in Document 02 \(The Specification of Requirements\)\. The Further Competition is being conducted under the Crown Commercial Services \(CCS\) Spark Dynamic Purchasing System \(DPS\)\. This ITT is available to organisations who responded to a capability assessment issued by the Council on 08 April 2021\.
