ADAM Housing Management Portal - AWARD

The Council is seeking a Housing Management Solution through Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), we aim to enhance our own housing operations, ensure compliance, and deliver improved services to those in need of temporary accommodations. The specification outlines the requirements for the Council's Housing Solution, emphasising cross-platform compatibility, data security, efficiency in housing placements, and mobile access. The software will ultimately secure contract compliance for those bookings with Providers who provide emergency temporary accommodation. The contract is for 5 years, effective 27 September 2026.
