GB-Brentwood: Community Halls Concession Opportunities

Brentwood Borough Council is seeking an organisation or multiple organisations to manage its five community halls in the most optimum manner. Affordable services that the public needs and commercial return are the two main objectives. Other aims include minimum disruption to service users during handover/transition, empathetic approach to existing service providers within the halls operating under various arrangements in the first year of operation, and good communication and work relationship with the Council at all times. Any bidder or future operator will be expected to respect the residents, businesses and taxpayers of Brentwood and the ethics and values of the Council.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
