## Description

LCC are the approved National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme \(NDORs\) course provider for Leicestershire Police \(LP\) and provide driver re-education courses on behalf of the Road Safety Partnership \(LLRRSP\)\.\\r \\r Leicestershire County Council \(LCC\) take client bookings and payments on behalf of NDORs; LCC then pay all associated running costs from this income stream including payment to suitably qualified trainers who are Licensed by UKROEd to deliver the National offender retraining scheme\.
