The Contract is let with a 3 year fixed term with two - one year extension options at the employers discretion\. This underlying contract is awarded following a tender from the CHIC Cleaning DPS - Lot 2: Housing / Domestic / Communal / Sheltered site cleaning - Yorkshire region\.
