Cumbria County Council is seeking to appoint a consultancy team to develop scheme designs and provide the evidence for a business case for Carlisle Southern Gateway proposals\.\\r \\r The Southern Gateway proposal is an integrated programme of investments in active and sustainable travel and public realm\.
