GB-Cambridgeshire: 2016-2017-062 Refurbishment of Trinity Court and the Provision of Furniture

Metropolitan Housing Trust is relocating its Cambridge office to a new location at Trinity Court, Buckingway Business Park, CB24 4AE

The new office requires a refurbishment and new office furniture. Metropolitan Housing Trust is seeking bids for the following services, they are:

•Refurbishment of Trinity Court (Budget £42K inc VAT) •Provision of Office Furniture (Budget £55K inc VAT)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
