Chorley Borough Council (the Council) is inviting quotations on behalf of Chorley Leisure Ltd. on the terms set out in this ITQ for the supply and delivery of a transportation service for Chorley Leisure Ltd school swimming programme.\r \r Any contract awarded as a result of this procurement exercise shall be between Chorley Leisure Ltd and the successful contractor. All references to the Council in this document shall include and be on behalf of Chorley Leisure Ltd.\r \r
