The contract is for the provision of an independent third-party audit programme across Habinteg's six key compliance workstreams (heating, electrical safety, water hygiene, fire safety, asbestos, and lifts), together with an initial governance compliance audit. The audits will be delivered through a combination of desktop reviews and follow-up site-based audits across Habinteg's property portfolio.

Additional information: This contract term is for 24 months with the option to extend for a further three consecutive 12 month extensions, making the maximum contract term 60 months with no further option to extend (24 + 12 + 12 + 12 months).
