## Description

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority \(WYCA\) is seeking to develop a new corporate technology strategy \(CTS\) over the next few months\. An experienced consultant is required to advise, verify and contribute to this process\. It is estimated that up to ten to fifteen days will be required to contribute to a process which will take around three months\.
